What data we process
- the data entered in the contact form: name, company, email, telephone, message and any attachments;
- the technical data recorded by the server during browsing (IP address, date and time, page requested), necessary for the operation and the security of the website.
Why we process it
To reply to the enquiry and, if requested, to prepare an offer: the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679). The technical data serve to ensure the security of the website, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any business relationship arising from it, and in any case no longer than the law provides.
Who we disclose it to
The data are neither disseminated nor sold. They may be processed by the provider that hosts the website and the email service, exclusively on behalf of M.T.M.
Cookies
The website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools. The language selected is stored in the browser only. The Google map is loaded only when the relevant button is pressed: from that moment Google's privacy notice applies.
Rights of the data subject
At any time you may request access to the data, their rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability (Arts. 15–22 of EU Regulation 2016/679), by writing to info@mtm-srl.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
