We start from the drawing of the part and study its critical points together with you: shape, material, quantity. We mould it from small batches to large runs, using thermoplastic resins certified at source.
The mould is built, tested and repaired in our own plant.
In our own plant we design and build the mould for maximum precision and maximum output, we sample it on the press until the required dimensions and finish are reached, and we look after its maintenance and repair over time. Operations that require dedicated equipment are entrusted to specialised external partners, established over the years, and remain our responsibility.

We mould all thermoplastic resins, certified at source to guarantee parts of high quality and extreme reliability. If the specification calls for a particular material, state it in your enquiry.
